These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Indigo Baby mobile application ("app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Indigo Baby is a screening and educational tool intended to help parents notice possible signals related to speech, development, and hearing in children. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and does not prescribe or recommend treatment. Results are a guide, not a verdict, and are meant to support — not replace — a conversation with a qualified pediatrician or child neurologist. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your child's health or development.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Indigo Baby is offered through one-time, per-child purchases ("slots") made via the App Store rather than a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies. Once purchased, a slot grants access to that child's age-appropriate assessments, the article library, and the anamnesis builder for as long as the app remains available to you.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any purpose other than for the care of your own child or a child in your legal care.
All content in the app, including assessment questions, articles, illustrations, and the Indigo Baby name and mark, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any screening result will be accurate or complete for your specific child.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on its screening results.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
